Victoria Bugbee is an award winning filmmaker, playwright and visual artist. Her first feature “Out of State-A Gothic Romance” has been in 40+ international film festivals winning awards in every category. Bugbee is Writer, Director, Producer and staged it in her Victorian home in Hastings.
